FitMinded Living is hosting Mackenzie’s Mission: A Health and Wellness Expo!
Come and get your sweat on to help raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society during a morning mashup! You will get to break out your inner rock star to Pound with Kat Smith, build up your flow and flexibility with Trainer Lindsey Shifler, bring your boxing moves to the ring with Trainer Emily Radaker with Core De Force, and then cool it all down with a legendary session of Qi Gong with Pat Thompson from the Holistic Wellness Center!
Shop the silent auctions, purchase your event shirt, visit vendor tables and refuel with light snacks and refreshments in between each of the exercise sessions. All proceeds for this amazing event go directly to the LLS.
